Image via PixabayFlogas customers are in for a significant cut in their energy costs after the company announced a 30 percent reduction in electricity and natural Gas unit rates, and standing charges.
It's the sixth provider to announce it would be lowering its prices in recent weeks.
Customers will see a reduction of €778 in natural gas bills.
Our Business Editor Joe Lynam said saving in electricity bills will be close to €900 a year:
"That's considerably more than the 10, 11 and 12 percent cuts in energy prices that we've seen from other energy providers."
"It would mean costs would come down by €895 per year on the average standard electricity bill."
