A man has died in a crash involving a car and two e-scooters in Couth Louth.
Two others were injured in the incident late last night.
The collision happened on Armagh Road in Dundalk after 11 o'clock last night.
One man, aged in his 20's, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been removed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
Two others, also in their 20s, were injured.
One was treated by ambulance personnel at the scene, while the other was taken to hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The road remains closed for a forensic examination, with diversions in place.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the Armagh Road and its environs yesterday evening between 11:00pm and 11:45pm, is asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
