It comes days after Mr Burke was imprisoned
Earlier this month, Wilson's Hospital School in Westmeath went to the High Court when Enoch Burke returned to the school grounds despite court orders not to.
Mr Burke attended the premises almost every day since the return of the school term.
The school successfully argued that he was in contempt of court which means Mr Burke was imprisoned until he purges his contempt.
Now this week, just days after Mr Burke was imprisoned Wilson's Hospital School placed a sign at the entrance.
According to The Independent, the sign reads "Private property" and "Trespassers will be prosecuted".
The teacher has been involved in a long running dispute which began when teachers in the Multyfarnham school were asked to call a transgender child a new name and by their preferred pronouns.
