Dublin airport has released a statement on Twitter regarding queues for check-in bag drop and security.
They're saying passengers may not make their flight and may need to contact their airline to rebook.
They've apologised for the "obvious frustration and inconvenience" it may cause.
Due to significant queues inside the terminal for check-in, bag drop & security, passengers queueing outside the terminal may not make their flight & may need to contact their airline to rebook. We sincerely apologise for the obvious frustration and inconvenience this may cause.

Photos are surfacing online of queues outside the airport, with 50,000 expected to depart today.
3 hours of queuing to this point. Garda called in now to man the doors. Just witnessed a stampede. I saw more order during the evacuation of Kabul last August. Get a grip down here please. Is anyone in charge??!...anyone?! #DublinAirport pic.twitter.com/gLV7kZgSpP

The DAA had blamed staffing issues for delays at security in recent months, but recently said it had 'stabilised' the issue.
Spokesperson, Graeme McQueen, admits the queues today aren't good enough.
"There's no two ways about it, it's been a really tough morning here at the airport, we can only apologise to the passengers affected," he said.
"There have been significant delays throughout the morning, and large numbers travelling; up to 50,000 passengers going out today so it has been busy, but that's no excuse, it hasn't been good enough," he added.
"We're looking at what's gone wrong and we're looking to rectify that for the days ahead."
