The DSPCA has renewed its appeal for a home for a 12-year-old collie who has been in its shelter in Dublin for almost a year and a half.
The animal welfare charity says it has issued numerous appeals in an effort to find a home for Jordan - who'll be with them for 500 days by the end of the month.
?Stop, We need your help?
This time last year we did our first appeal for Jordan. We have done several since and still NOTHING.
At this stage we are begging for this boy! He is 12 years old and at the end of June he will be ❗️ 500 days❗️in a shelter. #appeal #Dogs #help pic.twitter.com/tlfgxxCQUS

The DSPCA is looking for a quiet home, with a safely enclosed garden and where Jordan would be the only dog.
The charity says:
"He is a joy to walk & has grown in confidence so much. He just loves to sniff the grass & potter. He loves offsite trips to the park or the mountains. He is best as the only dog in the home as he doesn’t enjoy dog’s up in his face but he is happy to potter past dogs on a walk."
