The charges are related to business fraud
Donald Trump could face more than 30 charges related to business fraud when he appears in court next week.
He's set to become the first former US president to face criminal charges, after being indicted in relation to hush money paid to an adult film star with whom he's alleged to have had an affair.
However, the indictment remains 'under seal', so it's not yet known what exactly he's being charged with.
Journalist Paul Brandus from West Wing Reports, says all eyes will be on New York this Tuesday:
"He's expected to appear in a Manhattan criminal court on Tuesday, the exact timing remains uncertain. Like any criminal suspect, he will be finger printed, he'll be photographed and those photographs will be almost certainly released to the public."
