Minister Shane Ross thinks the whole board should be fired.
There are calls for the entire RTÉ board to be sacked.
It comes as the Director General Kevin Bakhurst and the Chair of the RTÉ board Siún Ní Raghallaigh were called to a meeting the Media Minister Catherine Martin this morning.
Over the weekend, Mr. Bakhurst partially revealed more about the exit packages given to board members who resigned last year.
Journalist and Former Minister Shane Ross thinks there's a simple solution, fire the whole board:
"We got a board here who really haven't been answerable for anything.
"They themselves are people who have to answer questions.
"We need the public to trust RTÉ again, it's going to be a mountain to climb."
Following this, Higher Education Minister Simon Harris is urging those who received the exit deals to come before the Oireachtas Committees.
He's calling for transparency, particularly from those who have not yet faced scrutiny.
Minister Harris says now is the time to come forward:
"There have been a number of RTE executives, current and former, who went in front of Oireachtas Committees and spent many, many hours in front of those committees.
"There's others that haven't attended for one minute, or co-operated in any way."
