Developer wants to squeeze tiny 6.3 square meter bedroom into co-living block

A developer wants to squeeze a bedroom in a co-living block on Dublin's southside into just 6.3 square metres.

It's just over half the minimum floor space in the co-living guidelines -- and smaller than a cell in Mountjoy Prison.

The site already has planning permission for standard apartments.
