It comes following an investigation into Freddie Flintoff's crash last year
The latest series of Top Gear has been scrapped following an investigation into Freddie Flintoff's crash last year.
The BBC says they feel it would be "inappropriate" to resume making the programme, and will carry out a full health and safety review.
The Times reports that Freddie's decided to leave Top Gear, following December's accident at the show's test track at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome in Surrey.
According to the BBC a decision on how best to continue with the series would be made later this year.
Top Gear is one of the broadcaster's most successful and exported programmes which has had a series of different presenters since 2002.
