A landlord has been ordered to stop advertising his property on Airbnb.
It's after tenants in Reuben House on Reuben Street were told the landlord was selling up and they had to leave the property.
However, they then saw the apartments advertised on Airbnb for short term stays.
The landlord has also applied to change the use of the apartment block to an aparthotel.
Local labour councillor Darragh Moriarty says it's unacceptable when there is such a shortage of properties:
"The more important issue here is that he actually has a live planning application submitted, which is due to be finalised on the 11th of April. The planner will then decide whether or not he gets the planning for his conversions.
"I've been saying and I've been pressurising the planning section of Dublin City Council that that planning application should be thrown out given this planning enforcement breach."
