It's because the BRITs are on.
Love Island will air at the later time of 10pm tonight.
The reason for the time change is because the BRIT awards are set to air on ITV this evening.
Here in Ireland, Virgin Media has followed suit and moved the show from its usual time of 9 o'clock. Tonight's show will see one pair leave, as contestants in the villa were asked to choose two couples they believe are the least compatible.
The BRIT awards will air on ITV from 8pm until 10pm this evening. The show will be hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall and tonight will it's 40th anniversary. This year's line up is set to include live performances from the likes of Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, Lewis Capaldi, Mabel and Stormzy.
