It takes place wherever you are!
On Sunday 8th May, the biggest ever Wings for Life World Run takes place.
Whether you're a seasoned jogger, or haven't gone faster than a walking pace in years, this event is for everyone.
Connacht Rugby and Irish Women Rugby want to encourage you to take part in the world's biggest charity run.
From wherever you are, in Ireland and abroad, you can join in on the day.
It's about running separately for a united cause.
Wings for Life World Run is raising for the not-for-profit spinal cord research foundation.
100% of the €20 entry fee will go directly to the Wings for Life foundation.
How will it work?
Well, runners of all abilities, as well as wheelchair users will all start together at 12pm on May 8.
There'll be a virtual Catcher Car starting 30 minutes later, gradually getting faster.
Participants will be kept informed through the interactive GPS system on the app, which you can download here.
Once you pass the Catcher Car, you'll have successfully completed the event.
Irish Women's Hockey players Lena Tice, Hannah McLoughlin and Sarah Hawkshaw will take part alongside Connacht Rugby players Conor Oliver, Caolin Blade and Oisin Dowling.
There'll be lots of familiar faces from the sporting world getting involved, including soccer star Neyman da Silva Santos Jr, tennis pros Matteo Berrettini and Stefanos Tsitsipas.
There'll be plenty of others joining, each from their locations.
Last year, more than 180,000 runners and wheelchair users across 195 nations took part in the Wings For Life World Run.
That makes it the largest ever running event in history, but this year they want to top that!
You can register on the Wings For Life World Run app and visit WingsForLifeWorldRun.com for more, including 8-week training programmes.
On race day, make sure to have your phone charged up and headphones ready to go!
The app and interactive style of this run makes this charity event collaborative and fun as well as raising important funds and helping you keep fit!
