Uh oh...
We're sure everyone has at sent point sent an accidental WhatsApp message.
Whether it was a message to the wrong person, or you said something you regretted immediately after.
And if this has happened, we've always felt safe knowing, if we're quick enough, we can delete it and no one has to know...
Well, that is unless people have a certain setting turned off.
That's right, we've come across a hack that allows you to see the deleted message.
This is either really helpful, or really annoying news... we're not sure.
The trick was posted by the TikTok account @tatechtips, which has tons of videos on hacks for all kinds of things from TikTok to Excel.
It only shows how to see deleted messages on an android phone though (sorry iPhone users).
Basically, you have to go to your phone settings, and go to 'Notifications', and then to 'Advanced Settings'.
When there, find 'Notification history', click it and turn it on.
From now on, when you get notified of a WhatsApp message that has been deleted you can head into history and see what the person deleted...
