It's becoming more and more common for brides to change their outfit ready for the evening celebrations, but some don't like the idea.
The perfect wedding is different for every couple... Some imagine the big ceremony in a church, others a shoes off relaxed vibe on the beach...
Or some just want to elope in Vegas like Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas.
Just like with most things, there are different trends over time and things go in and out of fashion all the time.
But this latest new idea is really dividing opinions.
What is it? Well it's becoming more common for the bride to change into a more comfortable second dress for the evening celebrations.
And now even bridesmaids evening dresses are a thing.
The idea is that when the bride changes into her second look, her friends do the same - normally an outfit of their choosing which is more suitable to dancing the night away.
Speaking to Who What Wear , two bridesmaids shared their thoughts on the idea.
She said: "My friend and the bride-to-be said if bridesmaids want to change, she’s totally down and wants everyone to enjoy the night and feel comfortable in whatever they are wearing.
"By no means is this a required thing, but it’s simply an option for those who’d like to change mid-reception after the bride puts on her second look. When I was casually chatting about this at the office, the topic turned quite controversial, as the team was torn 50/50 for and against the idea."
But her friend had doubts at the start, saying being a bridesmaid was already a lot of stress and a second dress would just be another thing to worry about.
She said: "At the heart of the debate, though, is this one fact: People don’t like wearing bridesmaid dresses.
"The idea of putting on a dress I’m truly excited about after all the bridesmaid duties are complete for the night makes me so happy."
