Who's the fittest of them all?

Calling all third level students!
Want to prove yourself as the fittest student in Ireland?
Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Donegal is delighted to host the first ever University Fitness Games!
College students enrolled in universities from Ireland and Northern Ireland will unite in Letterkenny and compete in the Fitness Games.
Taking place on March 25th, the fitness frenzy is open to 80 individual competitors, 40 male and 40 female.
Those competing will take part in a minimum of three workouts which will test their strength, power, endurance, and speed.

Qualifiers will the enter a semi-final, and potentially qualify for the final and be crowned the fittest of them all!
There is a €500 prize up for grabs for both male and female winners, along with second and third place prizes.

To register and take part in the event, students can register on www.competitioncorner.net .

The evening before the event, a series of sport and performance webinars will be live streamed by academic staff from all campuses within the ATU.
The webinars will cover a range of helpful topics including S&C, nutrition and sleep.
Anyone can register to attend these webinars virtually and further detail will be published on ATU social media channels.
