Have you got your plans made out for Valentines day?

Well, if you want to wow your other half - you might want to have a good think about what you're going to eat.

That's because two thirds of people think the way to someone's heart is through their stomach.

A study from recipe box company HelloFresh found that 80% of people also think dining out will be too expensive this Valentine's Day.

So get the apron on and the rolling pin out!

The research also found that half of people surveyed are more likely to go on a date with someone who can cook.

Niaomh Heylin from HelloFresh says there were also some interesting differences between men and women:

"Men feel more stressed than women towards Valentines Day. 

"48% of men find planning the perfect Valentines Day stressful, compared to 26% of women finding it stressful. 

"But the majority of people overall thought the cost of dining on Valentines Day is over priced and they're looking for more romantic alternatives to that."
