A new study has discovered the time of the day that the majority of workers are at their most productive.
The survey of 2,000 UK office workers found there's a specific time that people are most efficient, and it's in the middle of the morning between 10am and 11am.
One in five (19 per cent) participants claimed they were most productive between 8am and 11am, with just two per cent stating they work best between 4pm and 6pm.
Flexible office space company Workthere carried out the study and they also found there's a day of the week that workers feel most productive - Tuesday.
That's followed by Mondays and Wednesdays.
