The show is heading into its tenth series next week
It's that time of year again when you clear your plans every evening at 9pm because Love Island is back - and with a new series comes new contestants!
We've seen how well Irish contestants do on the show, like Maura Higgins Greg O'Shea and Dami Hope, and this year we've another Irish person heading to Mallorca for the summer.
Catherine Agbaje has been revealed as the first Irish contestant for the upcoming series of Love Island.
The 22-year-old commercial real estate agent from Dublin says she's "fun, flirty, and never boring."
When asked how would her friends/family describe her she said:
"Someone who is fun and a loving character. They know I have so much love to give. I’m always smiling, I’m always happy, I’m always laughing. You’ll always see me with a smile on my face."
Something people don't know about her is that she has two degrees, "I have my undergrad and my masters in Psychology and Sociology and Real Estate."
She'll be joined in the villa by a semi-professional footballer and a social media creator who owns a chicken.
Love Island returns for its tenth series this day week.
