It's that time of year...
The spiders are coming into our homes quick and fast.
As well as cosy nights in, fluffy pyjamas and decent telly, winter also brings in an influx of spiders looking for a dry space. They are everywhere because of spider mating season but one lady over in the UK has shared a hack that she claims keeps them out of the house.
Sylvia Crawford posted her nifty little trick in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group. She popped some fresh mint into a bottle of cheap antibacterial spray and then sprayed it all over the house.

"Had leftover packet of mint and small amount of cleaner left. Chopped mint and added to anti bac cleaner and filled with water.
"Sprayed under window sill outside and around the door . I watched the spiders run as i sprayed. They hate mint right enough. Some people use essential oils but i just thought i would use up what i had."
