We haven't seen the last of the snow yet.
We could get a few more snow showers this weekend.
Met Eireann says there's a possibility of snow and sleet on Saturday. The national forecaster says it'll be mainly blustery on Saturday with a band of showery rain moving eastwards across the country.
Those showers will fall as sleet or even snow in places, especially on high ground around Ulster. It'll be a cold one on Saturday night with wintry rain and lowest temperatures of between 1 and 4 degrees. Freezin!
Here's how the full weekend is shaping up weather-wise:
Friday
It'll be mostly dry in the east, but rain in the west will soon become widespread. That'll cleat later in the day to scattered showers with some sunny spells too. However, the rain will be slow to clear in the northern areas. On Friday, we'll get top temperatures of between 8 and 13 degrees.
Saturday
Saturday will be quite blustery day. There'll be a band of showery rain that'll move eastwards across the country and will fall as sleet or snow in places, especially on high ground across Ulster. On Saturday, we can expect highest temperatures of 10 degrees. Saturday night will become cold with wintry rain and temperatures of between 1 and 4 degrees.
Sunday
Sunday is set to be cold and blustery too. Met Eireann say there's some uncertainty at the moment, but there is the potential for a spell of wet and windy weather. Highest temperatures just 5 degrees and frost may be widespread on Sunday night.
