Get back to bed.
You may not want to waste the stellar weather out there, but if you're feeling a little bit worse for wear, we've got the perfect excuse for you to get back under the covers.
Or simply pop yourself on the couch and take a nap.
Friday 18 March is officially World Sleep Day.
And what a day for it - an extra bank holiday, the day after St Patrick's Day - it's ideal.
The slogan for this year's World Sleep day is Quality Sleep, Sound Mind, Happy World.
More about the annual day:
World Sleep Day is intended to be a "celebration of sleep".
It's also a call to action on important issues related to sleep, including medicine, education, social aspects and driving.
It's organised by the World Sleep Day Committee of World Sleep Society and aims to lessen the burden of sleep problems on society through better prevention and management of sleep disorders.
According to worldsleepday.org, World Sleep Day is held the Friday before Spring Vernal Equinox of each year.
There are events around the world today, raising funds for World Sleep Society to reimburse the costs of the awareness day, including costs of press releases, website hosting and creation of educational content.
So, how are you spending World Sleep Day.
