A new survey of 2,000 people has been finding out about stress and how to tackle it.
Nine in ten people said they felt stress everyday for an average of 41 minutes.

The top five includes going for a walk, listening to your favourite music, watching tv, getting some quiet time and reading.
Some other ways of clearing the noggin were cleaning the house and screaming into your pillow.
