Is is a sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare?
It's more likely to be a nightmare if your room isn't at the right temperature, according to Metro.
A sleep expert has said that if your room is too hot at night, it can disrupt your sleep and trigger nightmares.
It can also trigger very vivid dreams and make existing conditions such as snoring and sleep apnea worse.
18 degrees Celsius is the perfect room temperature for sleep, according to Dr Neil Stanley.
He's the former chairman of the British Sleep Council.

He also added we need to lose some of our internal body temperature to get a good nights sleep.
'We typically lose that through our head or face, which pokes out of the duvet" he explains.
But if you are sleeping in a room which is too warm, your body’s core temperature is unable to lose that heat and your sleep will be disturbed.’
But how can you lower your room tempurature? There's a couple of ways you can do this.
Switching the duvet and your pj's to more natural fibres like cotton or silk might help.
Checking the heating system and opening the windows is also another way to keep your room cool at night.
