What's grinding your gears?

Now that we're all heading back to meeting co-workers in person again, you might be starting to notice certain traits about them that really grind your gears.

Everyone has their own little quirks, that's what makes you you.

And sometimes, some of your quirks happen to be the very thing that really gets on someone else's nerves.

People have been taking to the Ireland subreddit to discuss exactly that.

Passive aggression was the one to kick the thread, something that no doubt many are experiencing since the return of in-office working - hate to see it!

People describing themselves as 'OCD' when they fuss over something is another trait that gets on people's nerves, with commenters quick to point out that it's a genuine disorder that seriously affects people's lives.

Oneupmanship is another big one.

There's nothing worse than telling a story, only for Greg to pipe about the time he ended up having pints with Bono. Leave it out.

Short and sweet. Use your inside voice.

Perhaps slightly ironic in a post dedicated to giving out about people, but there's a fair point in there.

Absolute craic vacuums who enter a room and instantly ruin the mood.

What would you add to the list?
