A pair of 95 year-old twins reckon the secret to old age is no sex and plenty of Guinness.
Lil and Doris made an appearance on This Morning with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby earlier today to reveal their tips and tricks to living to a ripe old age. When asked about the secret behind their long lives, Lil simply said:
"No sex and plenty of Guinness."
Holly then asked her why no sex and Doris replied: "Well, I don't have a husband!"
They proved to be a right pair of characters on the show - even telling Phil and Holly that they only packed one pair of drawers for their TV appearance!

The sisters are from Birmingham and have recently racked up a fan base on social media after they created a joint page on Facebook. Lil and Doris share videos of their day-to-day life on the page including them shopping for mobile phones and doing their daily chair yoga.
