Self-care and well-being goals are topping many new year resolution lists today.
That's according to a study by Permanent TSB, which saw 81 percent of people decided on their 2023 goals over 6 weeks ago.
Taking better care of mental health and spending more time with family are some of the top changes people are kickstarting for 2023.
Some recurring, popular resolutions, such as quitting smoking or taking up more exercise, are also being undertaken by many from today.
