The good news all of us coffee lovers needed.
New research from Australia debunks the myth that coffee has no health benefits.
In fact, coffee drinkers tend to live longer and have healthier hearts than their peers.
Two to three coffees per day is the amount recommended by the researchers.
The study was carried out by Baker Hearth Diabetes Research Institute in Melbourne.
They wanted to research if coffee had any impact on the health of our heart and our survival rates.
They did so by examining data taken from nearly 500,000 people in the UK Biobank.
☕Two to three cups a day have been found to lower a person’s risk of an early death and developing cardiovascular disease compared to abstainers, irrespective of if it is decaffeinated, ground or instant https://t.co/MdEuUMIiHz

The adults surveyed were aged 40 to 69 and answered questionnaires based on how much cups they drank a day.
All types of coffee (decaf, ground and instant) were linked with a reduction in early death from all causes.
Those who drank two to three cups per day linked with the lowest risk of death.
And those who consumed coffee at some point in the day had a reduced risk of heart disease, heart attacks and strokes.
So it's good news for coffee lovers. Now we need to see if tea has superpowers.
