Hallelujah!

Every now and then an invention comes along that is just a complete game changer... And this ladies and gentlemen (mainly ladies) changes everything!

A jumpsuit that you don't need to completely remove when you pee.

Yes, UK brand Leim has come up with a solution to a problem that's plagued women for decades and they deserve some sort of prize.

In short, the brands zip technology allows you to pee without sitting their stark naked. Their tagline? “We wanna be in that toilet cubicle with you.”⁣⁣

Henrietta Lawrence, Leim’s founder, started the brand after she’d had enough of the ‘hover and hold’.

“I love jumpsuits. But it infuriates me that I have to take everything off when I need the loo. The toilet at my work is freezing. I also don’t want to be out for drinks (in a toilet cubicle that doesn’t lock) holding my jumpsuit in one hand and the door shut with the other. All whilst squatting and trying to relax enough to pee.”

So she set out to find a solution. A year later and Leim is now launching with two styles available through the brand's Kickstarter campaign.

“Why create something that looks so good, but is so impractical. It’s like they think that our only thought is for looking great, not function – it’s like the two are meant to be mutually exclusive. Which is simply not true, as far as I’m concerned.”

The company showed how valuable their invention can be with three hilarious Instagram posts:

? the cutest in the cutest - Sisterhood in Teal Velvet! • This is a @kickstarter exclusive and omg that colour. The velvet is OEKO-TEX® certified. According to the OEKO-TEX® website, this is a ‘worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels’. They ban the use of harmful chemicals in the dyeing process (eg formaldehyde, ew) and strive to improve the state of fashion and consumer goods production. • Why is this important? The fashion industry is one of the worst for polluting water supplies across the globe. There are parts of northern India where water is so polluted nothing can grow there. Why should your jumpsuit inflict that life on people, animals but more generally the planet. Is it worth it? I don’t think so. • As before - £142 for the Kickstarter campaign, which is 35% off the RRP, £219 • 2 days to go!!! I’m starting to get nervous-excited. • #nomorehovernhold #ezpjumpsuit #thesisterhoodezpjumpsuit #sustainablefashion #ethicalfashion #sustainablejumpsuit ? - @mmmaqa H&M - @trinidan29 Edit: got the colour name wrong, sorry! It’s teal, not emerald... but of course it’s the same colour!

Post 3: Um, sure why not...

So how does it work?

The jumpsuits have buttons either side of the waist and unzip all the way, allowing the back to drop down and when you’ve finished in the bathroom you simply lift the back and do up the buttons first before the zip. And voilà!

But like all good things, they don't come too cheap the jumpsuits will be selling between €240 and €270, with sizes ranging from 6 to 18.

While that may sound a little pricey, we think it'll pay for itself after just one trip to the bathroom.
