Molise is a picture-perfect hilltop area in Southern Italy with a climate of hot summers and cool winters. The area is also offering €700 a month for three years, to anyone who wants to make it their forever home.
In exchange, you'll have to open your own business in one of the towns and that town must have a population of less than 2,000 inhabitants.
Donato Toma - the president of Molise - told Pretty52 that he's not fussy what kind of business you open:
"They can open any sort of activity: a bread shop, a stationery shop, a restaurant, anything.
"It's a way to breathe life into our towns while also increasing the population."
Molise was nominated for 2019's Italy's Most Beautiful Town contest and its beautiful towns don't allow cars inside. It's also renowned for its ancient Christmas traditions and cheese.
However, Molise has also lost 9,000 people since 2014 and last year not a single birth was registered in any of its nine towns.
