MoneyPenney carried out a survey asking 800 full-time workers what they found the most annoying workplace habits.
And now that virtual meetings play such a huge part in people's lives now because of the Covid pandemic, they focused on virtual meeting habits.
So, according to participants, what was ranked most annoying?

Not muting background noise!
Almost half of respondents agreed this was highly irritating.
We assume this refers to people who are not speaking leaving their mics on...
And, in that case, we probably agree...

Eating loudly.
This one surprised us, it's just not something we expect happens often?
But, maybe we've just been lucky...

Not knowing how to work the meeting platform.
At the beginning of zoom calls and teams meetings, everyone was figuring it out together.
But, we're now almost a year and a half into this virtual meeting craic, so it's probably about time people knew what they're at, right?
Lots more made the list, but let's zoom down to the least annoying things...
People seem to have good tolerance for appearances.
Less than 1% of people had an issue with messy backgrounds and unprofessional attire.
So that might be the green light to embrace the no-make-up, messy hair, pjs and unmade bed look!
