Might be a bit warmer than you think.
When it comes to sleep, we'll always listen to experts - it's such a crucial part of life.
Not getting the right amount of sleep can make your day difficult.
We hear lots of tips when it comes to sleep, and one of those is the ideal temperature to let you drift off easily.
A sleep expert has now revealed that the optimum temperature to have your bedroom at is 18 degrees C.
How does that sound to you?
For those who like to be cosy and warm, it sounds good, but there are people who find it tough to sleep in warmer temperatures.
Speaking to the Sun, UK-based Georgia Metcalfe, co-founder and creative director of The French Bedroom Company swears by this temperature.
And we checked out a few other platforms and websites, and many agree that 18 or between 16-19 degrees is best for dosing.
According to casper.com, it depends on your age too - for babies and older people it's best to keep it slighter warmer.
Metcalfe also said something else that surprised us.
She claims that it's good to wear socks in bed.
“Wearing socks also helps a process called distal vasodilation, which increases blood flow to your feet and allows you to fall asleep easier," she told the Sun.
