We can relate!
Many of us have things we have to do every day just to get through.
Little habits or rituals that bring us luck, or even just keep us collected.
And a recent survey of more than 2,000 shows that 42 percent have an average of four things they do every day to keep them happy and healthy.
And men came out as more reliant on rituals than women to help create structure and routine.
Of all the rituals out there, having a simple cuppa tea or coffee at the same time each day came out the top one!
Some people rely on making sure they take time to eat away from their desk to relax.
While others simply make time to look out of the window to give themselves a moment.
The Covid-19 pandemic has definitely impacted people too.
As 51 percent said they had adopted more rituals over the last 18 months to get them through the strange time.
Of those, 15 per cent now ensure they share a family meal at least once a week.
The study was commissioned by Healthspan as part of its Rituals to Wellbeing campaign.
