Do you have it in you?
'A Nightmare on Elm Street' is an American "slasher" film in which a young girl realises that she has to stay awake to avoid the clawed killer who is butchering her friends one by one in their dreams.
Lovely right?
Well, just in time for Halloween, the house that the movie is set in has gone up for sale.
The home fictionally known as 1428 Elm St., served as the façade for the protagonist’s house in the classic film.
**Beware - scary film trailer below!**
If you're brave enough to reside in such a home, you've to get your bid in before midnight on Halloween.
The Los Angeles Times reports that the house is up for sale for $3.25 million.
Is that all?
But the paper reports that if $3.25 million is out of your price range you can still take a peak at it - if you're in the area.
The agents have said they’ll be handing out candy to trick-or-treaters there on Halloween.
“We all missed Halloween last year because of the pandemic, so this year is the Halloween comeback tour,” the holders of the house said.
They added, “We have to celebrate.”
It actually looks quite nice in fairness, and has a swimming pool.
