Sleep is a very beautiful and important thing and it's such a struggle if you are finding it hard to sleep.
There's plenty of tips and tricks out there - such as getting off your phone a while before, playing relaxing music and so on.
But one we haven't heard before has now been going viral on TikTok.
TikTok user Shapla Hoque, username @shapla_11 tested out a certain veg and tea combination.
And she seemed fairly impressed with the results.
And apparently other people are too - as her video has racked up over 7 million views.
She had heard about a sleeping hack where you make lettuce tea essentially.
It's simply enough - it's like making a herbal tea, except with lettuce.
