IKEA have entered the rental market.
It's gotta have good furniture right?!
Renting has become very common now with such a lack of housing available and soaring prices.
And it's not just Ireland that are struggling - Toyko too.
Pricing is an issue, but also a lack of space in such a jam packed city.
So IKEA have tried their hand at a solution.
They're renting out an apartment from 99 yen - which is equivalent to .77c here.
The catch is - it's TINY.
In fact, IKEA call the initiative "Tiny Homes".

The mini apartment on offer is roughly 9.94 square metres or 107 square feet in size.

The whole Tiny Homes idea is around making use of "vertical space".
"The key to unlocking more space in a small room is to optimize how you use the vertical space. Explore your room as a three dimensional space to open up possibilities of a small room."
In the ad, they say the only thing missing from this happy home is a "perfect tenant."
"The room has already been designed, laid out, and filled with IKEA home furnishing solutions into a comfortable space for everyone, and is now looking for a tenant."
So if you feel like relocating, then head over to the website to apply.
