A survey was done recently to find out what colours dominated people's wardrobes.
And surprise, surprise, most people aren't exactly sporting the colours of the rainbow.
78% of people claim their wardrobe is mostly full of brown, beige and grey colours.
Out of 2,000 people, revealed that one in five want to be braver with their fashion choice despite their presses being dominated with these darker colours.
So what about colours people wanted to be braver about?
Well, people wished they could go for more reds, greens and purples.
The research was commissioned by styling service, Stitch Fix UK and reported by SWNS Digital.
But it seems if people are feeling a bit down, they reckon wearing brighter colours helps to boost their mood.
In fact, the study found that more than one in three (36 per cent) adults will purposely wear bright outfits to do that.
Although, 18% will only take the brave move to go for bolder colours if they're going to a party or going on holiday.
Only 7% said that their wardrobe is full of brighter and bold outfits.
As long as you feel comfortable in what you're wearing, it goes a long way apparently.
As most people felt happier and more optimistic if they're feeling confident in what they're wearing.
