Too soon guys.
Feels like we've been building to Christmas for months - so what's the rush in ending it?
However, approaching new year's, people do start to wonder, is it still considered Christmas?
Of course for those lucky enough to get a couple of weeks off for Christmas will be screaming that it's still the festive time.
But others who are back to the daily grind might not feel the same.
So, the question we all probably ask every year, is when is it acceptable to take decorations down?
A Reddit thread asking that very question has gotten a fair few responses, with many agreeing on one date.
The 6th of January - otherwise known as Little Christmas.
However, there are some other replies in there too.
We were a bit taken aback when we saw the words "the 26th" and "Stephen's Day", meaning there's some out there who have already de-Christmassed the place.
While someone went the other extreme, and keeps theirs up until the second week of January.
A lot of people who take the decorations down early say they do it so they can enter the New Year with no clutter.
But we're a little disappointed Christmas decor is being labelled clutter...
Though, a lot of people say once they're back to work and new year's is over, they just like to get back to normality.
And of course, there was at least one Grinch among the responses:
"Don't put one up don't have to take one down."
