Ah the good ole days...
Kids these days are increasingly asking for tech-based gifts for Christmas - from FitBits to iPhones, PS games, etc.
And not to be annoying, but back in our day.... there were much simpler little things that were ALL THE RAGE.
We felt with Christmas coming up it might be nice to take a trip down memory lane and revisit some the most popular toys from the 90s.
Polly Pocket.
Let's face it, when we told you that a live action Polly Pocket movie was on the cards, you got excited right?
And that's because Polly Pocket was such a popular toy in the 90s - and very easy to carry around.
The little toys are actually still being sold now, but they've been upgraded a bit.
Tamagotchi.
We'd never forget these - our biggest responsibility growing up was keeping our little creature alive and happy.
And all the versions they've released since, you can't quite beat the original.
Game consoles like the Game Boy Colour & PS1.
The big game consoles of the time have to be the Game Boy Colour and the release of the first PlayStation.
For those who loved their handheld portable consoles, the Game Boy was ideal, even if you couldn't really see it in the dark.
While those who were really in luck got the PlayStation 1 when it was the only one out.
Some of the rest of us got hand-down ones when things had moved on to the PS2 in 2000.
Board Game kings like Mouse Trap & Hungry Hungry Hippos.
Who didn't love a good board game back in the day?
Maybe you even still have some old ones at home - bet now you wanna take them out over the Christmas?
Pokémon Cards.
As well as the Game Boy Colour game, Pokémon cards became a big craze in the latter 90s.
And the cards were worth quite a lot of money to some - with one Pikachu card once selling for $250,000.
There's so many other major toys we're leaving out, but do feel free to let us know!
Bop It!
Ah this was great craic.
When the timer came on to pass it on, you had to hold back from flinging it at the next person.
And ohhh the shame if you messed up after a long streak.
