Internet sensation Tardar Sauce - better known as 'Grumpy Cat' - has passed away aged 7.
The feline, famed for her dour expression which perfectly encapsulated how we all feel on a Monday morning, passed away on Tuesday, due to a urinary tract infection...
It's how she would've wanted to go.
Grumpy Cat, who was seven years old, had a whopping 2.4 million followers on Instagram.
She first went viral back in 2012 in the early days of the internet meme and has made several TV and even movie appearances.
In a statement, her family said they are "unimaginably heartbroken".
"Besides being our baby and a cherished member of the family, Grumpy Cat has helped millions of people smile all around the world – even when times were tough", they said.
"Her spirit will continue to live on through her fans everywhere."
