Santa is coming to Galway this Saturday!
For a lot of people Christmas officially begins when the big man in the red suit makes an appearance.
And for Galwegians that day arrives this Saturday November 30, when Santa arrives at the Eyre Square Shopping Centre, on a Galway Hooker no less.
The fun begins at 12pm when Mrs Claus, the elves and the man himself along with giant Christmas characters including Minnie and Mickey Mouse make their maiden appearance for 2019.
But St. Nick's arrival is only scratching the surface of what's in store...
There'll be live a DJ, Irish dancing, face painting, a magician, balloon modelling and loads of giveaways and treats for all the good boys and girls.
Plus Peppa Pig is set to make an appearance! Not to mention the festive vibes will be through the roof.
We can't wait.
