The celebrity couple announced the breakdown of their long relationship, but brief marriage, in the pages of People magazine.
“Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy,” a statement from the couple said.
However, just days ago Kaitlynn Carter emerged as Cyrus’ newest flame after the two were spotted kissing while on holiday in Italy.
The snaps emerged just as news broke that Cyrus and Hemsworth’s marriage had ended less than a year after tying the knot.

Kaitlynn Carter is an Instagram influencer and had been with the son of Caitlyn Jenner, Brody Jenner (35) for the past five years.
However just last week she announced she was separating from Jenner, after a single year of marriage.
The couple had an elaborate wedding in Bali in June 2018 but a source close to the duo confirmed that the union wasn’t legal.
