Leading roles are up for grabs and its revealed the future stars could make millions.
A handful of actors will be picked through open calls, with casting to begin in nine months' time.
They are looking for 10-year-olds, who are small for their age, with some experience in acting.
Nicola Tasker, founder of Hero Talent Group said:
"Agents are going to be looking for kids who fit the bill to sign on to their books from this week,”
“You normally get two days to tape your first audition, so it’s important to be able to learn lines off script quickly,”
It was announced during the week that Harry Potter is officially a HBO series, with seven seasons planned over a ten-year period.
All seven books will be revisited in the series, which will span a decade, but filming is not set to start for at least a year.
