If you're expecting a little bundle of joy in the new year, but can't quite settle on a name you may find some inspiration here.
Baby name expert website Namberry.com has realsed it's top predictions for names we could be hearing in 2020.
The site provides commentary, statistics and predictions on baby names and boasts a database of over 70,000 monikers on offer, so theycertainly know their stuff when it comes to baby names...

Top girls names.

There's a nice mix of old and new in these lists with classics like Pearl and Billie for the girls, Austin and Luca for the boys and Rowan and Darcy in the unisex category.
Cash and Acacius for boys are certainly odd ones, but we've defintely heard stranger...like this poor girl who was named KVIIIlyn (Kaitlyn but using roman numerals for the 'ait' sound). (link to previous story)
While a noticeable absense for the boys is the lack of Jack and James', two names that've been extremely popular for about the last 100 years.
But they do say variety is the spice of life, it can't hurt to have some new names out there for 2020 and beyond.
