Staff reached 102% productivity levels by working four days a week

How would you like a three day weekend?
A pilot scheme in the UK found that working four days a week makes workers more productive.
The study also lowered the amount of sick days people take by 65%.
The scheme involved 2,900 employees across 51 firms and it found that staff reached 102% productivity levels by working 32 hours across 4 days.
The 56 companies that took part in the pilot have kept the 4 day week - with no change to pay!
This is because staff reported lower levels of stress, anxiety and burn-out.
