Gardaí are looking for witnesses.
A woman has died in a collision in County Galway today.
The two vehicle crash happened on the R446 at Kilrickle in Loughrea shortly after 9am this morning.
A female passenger in her 80’s was removed by ambulance to Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe where she died shortly after.
The other occupants of the vehicles involved suffered some minor injuries and were also treated at Portiuncula Hospital.
