His name is Ricky Hughes, a 28-year old ice-cream man who goes by the name of 'Mr Ricky, Prince of Desserts.'
And he may have just invented one of the most tantalising desserts of all time...
The Creme Egg and Nutella ice cream pizza.
Make sure you're sitting down for this...
The masterpiece is constructed as follows:
- A caramel flan base topped with ice cream.
- Lashed with caramel and warm Nutella sauces.
- Decorated with chocolate shavings and sprinkles
- And topped off with multiple Cadbury Creme Eggs.
The decadent delight packs a massive 2,200 calories, and is enough to serve between six and ten people.
Mr. Ricky who hails from North Wales, told the MailOnline: ‘'The feedback has been great, lots of five-star reviews online and customers coming back for more. Some love it so much they have been ordering three or four times a week.’'
We don't blame them either!
Unfortunately no ice-cream stores in Ireland are yet known to be stocking this treasure...
But if any Irish dessert connoisseur's are reading this, feel free to take a leaf out of 'Mr. Ricky's' book!
