Gardaí have revealed that Susanna O'Malley, who had been missing from Achill Sound, Co. Mayo, has been located safe and well.

They have thanked the public for their assistance in the matter.

Earlier:

Gardaí are looking for help in finding a 24-year-old woman missing from Co Mayo.

Susanna O'Malley was last seen at around 6am this morning in Achill Sound.

She's 5 foot 3 inches in height with long dark brown hair.

When last seen, she was wearing a green woollen jumper, black leggings, grey jacket with a fur collar and black UGG boots.

Gardaí and her family are concerned for her welfare.

Anyone who has seen Susanna or who can help in locating her is asked to contact Westport Garda Station.
