This could come in handy.
Two companies in China are offering female employees over 30 'dating leave'. They're giving them an extra eight days of annual leave so that they can "go home and date".
In China, single women in their late 20s and early 30s are often considered "leftover women".
According to The Telegraph, the workers at a theme park based on the Song Dynasty in the east of China can take the extra days off during their week-long New Year holiday.
“Female employees mostly work in internal functional departments, and some are show performers,” said Huang Lei, a HR manager at one of the firms.
"They have less contact with the outside world; thus we hope to give more leave to them to give them more time and opportunities to be in contact with the opposite sex.”
Alright then.
