Fans of pop sensation Lizzo have been irked, after tickets for her first Irish gig went on sale yesterday.
It appeared tickets for the gig at the Olympia which cost €44.45 sold out within minutes, but then went back on sale at the 'Platinum' rate of €140.
Aoife Barry from Journal.ie says The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission has been receiving complaints.
"They said they got about five complaints by 3pm yesterday in relation to ticket sales," she said.
"A lot of people have been tweeting Ticketmaster to put through their complaints.
"Tickets haven't been saying much, but they have been directing people back to resale tickets."
