This video of 50 Mums with their kids from across the UK has gone hugely viral in recent days.

In the video titled "50 Mums,50 kids, 1 Extra Chromosome", a form of sign lanuage called the Makaton is used.
Brainchild of carpool karaoke James Corden has even tweeted about the video in recent days, calling it "beautiful" and saying that it "made him cry".
